As a Partnering Church Catalyst, Tim is called to fulfill what Ephesians 4:12 describes as the work of an evangelist - "for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry." Therefore, he seeks, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to reach the lost for Christ, equip and train followers of Jesus to make more disciples, and to come alongside the Church to help mobilize more leaders so that churches are seeing multiplying groups of disciples to the 4th generation and beyond (2 Timothy 2:2). 

Tim also works as an ambassador alongside Bridges International, where he ministers to international students who are studying in America. At Western Kentucky University his wife Kristen works to see lives transformed by Jesus among sorority college girls.  Together, they desire to see what the prophet Habakkuk spoke of: "that the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea" (Habakkuk 2:14).

Tim and Kristen cannot do this alone but depend on the consistent prayers and financial support of churches and individuals who make up their team of ministry partners. Thank you for prayerfully considering joining their team!
